Avril Patrick
Avril, co-owner and director of BeeHive + Rouge, brings 25 years of fitness coaching experience and continues to lead Rift Phiit virtual & outdoor classes from the studio’s new location. As a professional photographer, her passion for portrait, documentary, street and food photography fuels her vision for offering a broader range of creative services within the studio space.
With a professional history that includes work as a creative artist for MAC Cosmetics and co-ownership of Sebastian’s Eco Spa, Avril is dedicated to shaping thoughtful, artfully crafted experiences for clients. She is enthusiastic about welcoming new creatives who embody the entrepreneurial energy at the heart of BeeHive + Rouge.

Sebastian Citro
Sebastian, co-owner of BeeHive + Rouge, brings four decades of expertise in the hair industry. He looks forward to welcoming both long-standing clients and new guests into his hair lounge + beauty bar. A former co-owner of "Sebastian's", Ottawa’s first Aveda Concept Salon/Eco-Spa in the late 1990s, Sebastian remains passionate about Aveda’s botanical line, valuing its ability to deliver vibrant colour, luxurious hair health, and exceptional styling.
Sebastian, an accomplished fitness coach, has enjoyed 25 years of guiding personal and group training experiences. He is excited to continue teaching virtual Kettlebell & Power Yoga sessions, along with RIFT PHIIT outdoor running interval classes—supporting strength, movement, and mindful well-being.
