Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We honour your time and do our best to not cancel appointments without at least 48 hours notice. We ask for the same respect for our time. 48 hours notice of a cancellation please. If your cancellation is  24 hours in advance - we ask for 50% of the total cost of the service booked. Less than 24 hours for a cancellation will be considered a  full charge for your booked service(s). We do understand that emergences occur and we will be compassionate in those circumstances. We do our best to be on time for your appointment. If you are late - we may run late for our next clients. Please give yourself extra time to manage traffic conditions and parking. We are glad to offer help to plan your route and parking near to our studio. Please see our reccomendations for parking.

Our Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our services - please reach out to us so that we can do our best to meet your expectations. Product returns are to be handled on an individual basis. In case of an allegic reaction please discontinue use of the product immediately and contact us. in case of a sever allergic reaction - please contact a medical professional. Products are to be returned to us so that we may return to the appropriate vendor.
